Booking

If you need to reschedule for any reason we ask that you please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a fee.

The fees are as follows:
Less Than 24 Hours Notice:**
Your will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Same Day “No Show”:
You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may request you reschedule, as we may not be able to complete the entire scheduled process.

**For lengthier services, such as cold wave straighteners, highlights, etc., we ask for at least 48 hours cancellation notice.
